How drone data displays; images, 360’s and video files

Drone images will be displayed on the map as below, Nadir drone shots will have a halo around them.

Each drone can be selected to view the related hi def image

Or you can shift select multiple drones to view more

360 images taken by your drone can be uploaded and are visualised with a marker.

Video’s taken by your drone can also be visulised on the map, depending on if it has a SRT file attached it will either display a path once you have clicked on it.

How ground based photography displays; Phones &amp; DSLR’s

The Birdi platform will accept files from your phone or a DSLR camera, this ground based photography can be uploaded to the platform and visulaised.

<i>Tip - You will need to ensure your geo locating is turned on in the device settings.</i>

Just like the drone data, each icon can be selected and will display the related hi def image

With the ground based photography we are unable to determine the orientation of the device and these will display on the map as a circle icon

Best practices for managing large amounts of data

A mission with a large amount of data can become overwhelming to navigate but our goal is to make it simple. We recommend using the objectives to initially upload the data to. This will help with filtering and reviewing the data at a later date.

In our example mission we have the below:

- Whole of site map
- Building Facade - Drone
- Roof Inspection Photos
- Ground Based Photography
- Panoramic 360
- Video of site
