This article will help you troubleshoot some common browser and export issues.

In this article:

Slow performance and page loads

  1. Check your internet speed. Click here

  2. Ensure you're running the latest version of your browser. Updating your browser

  3. Disabling add-ons one by one.

    1. Chrome - More Tools then Extensions from the menu.

    2. Firefox - Add-ons from the menu.

    3. Safari - Preferences then Extensions from the menu.

  1. Clear your cache.

    1. Chrome - open up Settings from the menu then pick Clear browsing data.

    2. Firefox, you want Preferences from the menu, then Privacy & Security and Clear Data.

    3. Safari - open the Safari menu and pick Preferences, Privacy, and Manage Website Data.


I can’t see my map

  1. Change your browser to Google Chrome if you are not already.

  2. If you are already using Google Chrome, please try resetting your browser, or updating to the latest version.

  3. Clear your browser cache & cookies data (you do not need to clear the browsing history).


Im unable to export images, annotations or maps

  1. Refresh the page. Sounds simple, but it can help clear out old settings.

  2. Clear the cached data in your browser.

  3. Restart your browser.
