How to log a bug

At Birdi we try as much as possible to catch all bugs before releasing features to our users but sometimes bugs happen. So, in case something doesn't work or if you are experiencing loading issues, you can submit a bug report.

The best way for us to identify the issue is to see it happening. We recommend including a short video or screenshot that shows both the error and the action(s) you took before encountering it. If you're unable to take a image or a video, please include:

  • A detailed description of the behaviour. For example: whenever I import a file, I get an error that I have a failed import.

  • Step-by-step instructions on how we can reproduce the issue.

You can simply click the chat icon from the bottom right corner from any page within the platform, type ‘I would like to report a bug’ then complete the steps from within the chat window.

We will notify you of our findings and a resolution as quickly as possible.
