Below will help you quickly troubleshoot the most common issues if you're having difficulties logging into Birdi.

I can not log in via google - The connection between your Google account and Birdi has been disrupted, it's best to log out of your google account in your chosen browser and log back in.

Retry logging in to the Birdi platform, if you still experience the issue please contact us via the chat.

I no longer have access to the email address I used to register - If you no longer have access to your email you will need to contact us via the chat and we can update the account for you.

You must supply the new email address as we will send a verification email.

I don't remember my password - If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. You will receive an email to your given account to confirm a new password.

You can easily follow these steps: resetting your password. If you still experience issues after this you can contact us via the chat icon.

I didn’t receive a reset password email - Sometimes the email gets placed in spam or another folder or it could be because of a security issue if you're using a corporate address, see our common issues and resolutions.

If you are still unable to locate the email please contact us via chat.

The error message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again" - This is normally shown when you have lost connection to the Birdi cloud. Please check your connection to the internet, try to sign in in incognito mode/another browser/using another network.
