How to download your layers and media for use in other software.

The Layers panel allows you to directly download processed outputs, such as orthophoto's, models, DEMs, and contours, as well as media like images, videos, and 360s. Your data is stored on the cloud with Birdi, making it accessible across different devices and users for convenient sharing.

Downloading Media Items

Single Item Download

  • Right-click on a media item in the workspace tree.

  • Click “Download” from the menu.

Multiple Item Download

You can multi-select multiple files or folders to download them as a ZIP file.

  • Right-click on a media folder in the workspace tree.

  • Select “Download ZIP”.

  • You will receive an email with a download link to the ZIP file.

e.g. Multi-Select certain images for download

e.g. Select a whole folder for download.

Important Notes:

  • Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive with your ZIP download link.

  • Ensure you remain logged in to Birdi when accessing the download link, as it requires Birdi authentication for data security.
