As each powerpole in an asset inspection is treated as an objective the upload functionality has not been changed.

  • Each mission of poles will be allocated to you on the BIRDI platform as an entire mission.

  • Please rename your captured images to the name of the mission convention.

Example:

Mission name = Powerpole Inspection - S-HOU-SBY2 Image naming convention is then:

  • S-HOU-SBY2 (1)

  • S-HOU-SBY2 (2)

  • S-HOU-SBY2 (3)

  • .....

  • S-HOU-SBY2 (155)

  • When you have completed your upload please verify that the number of images that have uploaded correspond with the number of images that you intended to upload and that none have failed.

  • You will be able to view the assets and the photo locations if you look at “Map View” on the platform. This will help you identify if any data or poles are missing relative to your “Powerpole Missed/Failed Capture Register”

  • Please remember to hit complete so we know that your data set is uploaded and complete

As part of the recent updates we have introduced a range of integrations with popular file storage solutions such as Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive.

To access your files and sync them to your mission you will need to login to that provider and select the correct folder, or files.
