Only Growth and Ultimate plans allow for multiple users to be added to your Birdi workspace. (Users on every plan can invite Guests to view and download from maps only).
Please note: Guest have access to all map in a workspace. You can use the in map sharing URL for public access links.
How to invite a team member:
Click the invite button
Located in the top navigation bar.
Fill out the form
Enter the team member's first name, last name, phone number, job title, and email address.
Set a role
Choose a role type to determine their access and permissions.
Organisation Admin | Full access | - Created the account - Manage billing, seats, workspaces & storage - Full platform access |
Workspace Admin | Workspace-level full access | - Add/edit/remove users (if seats are available) - Full map access |
Workspace User | Full map access | - View, create and manage maps and data in a workspace |
Guest | View & download only | - View all maps and data in a workspace - Download outputs - Toggle visibility |

Send the invitation
Click the "Invite" button to send an email invitation to the team member.
User acceptance
The team member will receive an email with a link to join the platform. They need to click the link, create an account, and set up their profile to start collaborating.
