Birdi’s annotation report is a way for you to take your processed maps and any markups you have created on the map view and export them into a PDF report.

To get started you will need to ensure you have a map and annotations.

You can use and export areas, markers, lines. Each annotation can be easily labeled, allowing you to choose the color that best suits your needs.

  1. Select Reports > Annotation report

  2. Select Get Started

  3. Give you report a name

  4. Select a map base layer for your report

  5. Select the units of measurement

  6. Select what annotations you would like to export

7. Generate report

The Birdi platform will generate a report in the background and after a few minutes it should be ready to download. To check the status simply click the Refresh button.

8. Download the report

Once it has been generated you will be able to download the PDF report. The PDF will have a cover page, an overview of the map and annotations as well as a section breaking out each annotations details.
