In some cases you may want to download your data and import it into another platform or create a report for your use case. If you need to do this you can easily download any on the files from within the platform.
Locate the map you require data from.
From the media tab you can either select the files individually and select the download icon
or select the tick box to download multiple
or you can filter the media from the top and select all
For downloading we have 2 options:
Direct download (Best used for fast internet connections)
or Zip Download (Best used for slower connection or internet that can drop out)
