Can I pay for Birdi monthly?

You sure can. You do get an X% discount with our annual plans, but we know they aren’t for everyone.

Yes you can. You can manage your subscription in your Birdi account, which enables you to upgrade or downgrade your plan between billing cycles.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’re on the Free, Basic or Pro plan, you can cancel your subscription right within your Birdi account. If you’re an Enterprise customer, you’ll need to contact your Birdi representative.

When does my account get billed?

For your subscription, you’ll be charged monthly/annually from the date you sign up. For any processing or additional storage costs, you’ll be billed at the end of every month.

How does your PAYG processing work?

How is a gigapixel calculated?

Gigapixel calculation = Megapixel of image multiplied by number of images to produce output divided by one thousand (MP * # of images)/1000).
