You can request for a cancellation of your subscription by following the below steps:
From the left hand menu, click Billing & Subscription, click the Plan Overview. This will take you to a summary page.
You can either click the button Cancel plan in the top right or;
Under the Plan Details section, select change plan. This will take you to our payment manager.
Select cancel plan (i)
Click Save changes to finish.
(i) Cancel Plan - this will put your account back onto a free plan. Any outstanding payments will be charged to the last payment method on your account.
