From the left hand menu, click Billing & Subscription, click the Plan Overview tab. This will take you to a summary page.
Under the Plan Details section, select Change plan. This will take you to our payment manager.
From here you can select update (i) or cancel plan (ii).
Click Save changes to finish.
(i) Update Plan - You will be able to compare our plans and easily upgrade, confirm payment terms and continue using the platform.
(ii) Cancel Plan - this will deactivate your account with Birdi.
