This article will help you reset or update your account password.

Resetting your password.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Click Forgot password? at the lower part of the login form.

  3. Enter your account email, and click Continue.

  4. Check your account's email for the password reset email.

  5. Click the Reset password button from the email.

  6. Enter a new password. Try making it at least 8 characters long.

If a team member has forgotten their password, the organisation owner can also send a reset link from the user management tab.

  1. From the left hand menu, click the Company Information to go to User Management.

  2. Select or search for the username you need to reset.

  3. Click the and select reset password.

A reset password email will be sent to the user. They will need to check it, and click the link provided to set a new password.

Changing your password

  1. From the left hand menu, click the Company Information to go to My Profile.

  2. Select the Security tab.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Confirm new password.

  5. Click Save changes to finish.
