How to delete or deactivate your account

  1. From the main dashboard, select your profile icon

  2. Navigate to Plan & Usage

  3. If you are on a paid plan select downgrade to Free

  4. If you would like to remove your account completely, or change your contact preferences, please contact support via chat.

If you deactivate or delete your account, you will lose access to your account and processed outputs. Any outstanding payments will be taken from your latest payment method.
