Deleting or deactivating your account

  1. From the left hand menu, click the Billing & Subscription. This will take you to our payment manager.

  2. Under the Current Plan section, select cancel plan.

  3. Click Save changes to finish.

You will lose access to your account and any outstanding payments will be taken from your latest payment method.
