You may have to log in or enter authentication codes related to your chosen account if prompted.
Verifying your account
Account verification is the process of verifying that a new or existing account is owned and operated by a specified real individual or organization.
If you have used your email address to sign up we will send you a link to verify your account.
Click the link within the body of the email
This will take you through to complete our onboarding steps.
If you have not received an email from us, here’s what you can do:
Double-check to see if you have entered or registered the correct email address.
Check your email’s spam or promotions (for Gmail) folders. If you found the email in these folders, mark them as “not spam” to make sure you receive future emails in your inbox.
Refresh your email inbox as there can be delays in receiving emails sometimes.
Resend emails. You can reset your password again.
Check with your I.T. or email provider if emails from Birdi are blocked. Depending on how strict your emails are set up, it might be possible that receiving emails outside of your organization is not allowed.
If you still need help after doing the steps above, contact us.
