We’re making it easier than ever to stay organized in Birdi. With the introduction of Map 2.0, we’ve rebuilt the way maps are stored, sorted, and managed. So you can find what you need, faster.

Moving on from original maps

As part of this update, we’ve stepped away from the original map interface. It’s served us well, but with new capabilities now available in Map 2.0, we’ll be sunsetting the original view soon.

All new improvements going forward will be focused on Birdi 2.0 maps, and we encourage all users to make the switch.

What’s new in map management?

Organize with folders

You can now create your own folders to better structure your maps by project, client, location, or team.

  • Create folders directly from the sidebar

  • Move maps into subfolders in just a few clicks

  • All maps still appear in “All Maps (Birdi 2.0)” for full visibility

Better search and filtering

We’ve added new ways to search and filter your maps, so you can track down the right one faster:

  • Search by map name

  • Filter by created date

  • Filter by location

  • Filter by folder

  • Filter by map creator

New map actions menu

Click the ⋯ icon on any map card to access powerful management tools:

  • Rename map

  • Share map via public URL

  • Move map to a folder
